KTRColony

Kolan Tulasi Reddy Colony (KTRC) is situvated at Nizampet,
Hyderabad, Ranga Reddy District. At present in KTR
Colony Nearly 60 Apartments are existing and some other
apartments are under construction.   Approximately 30,000 people
are living in KTR Colony. These people belongs to all communities
and are united. Mostly Software employees resides here so KTR Colony
resembles Hi Tech City.  KTR Colony is a raising colony and needs lots of basic
necessities. The foremost requirement is water. Unfortunately
both Drinking and normal Water is not sufficient.

Parks for children are not existing in or around Nizampet or
Near by KTRC.  Senior citizens of KTR Colony have no common place
for sitting and sharing their thoughts and views.  CC Roads at KTR Colony
are pending and needs to be paved.

Keeping the necessity of the basic requirements KTRC Residents
Welfare Association is formed. The Aim of this association is to put efforts to bring

*      Drinking water (Manjira) as well as normal water.
*      CC Roads and Street lights
*      Security arrangements for KTR Colony

Before forming of KTRC Residents Welfare Association there is
no identity for this colony. By putting KTRC Sign boards for roads and KTRC
Resident Welfare Association arches, this place got identity and became
a well known place in Nizampet.

“Before KTRC Residents Welfare Association
I am a grandfather to my own grand children
After KTRC I am grandfather to all children in KTRC”.

Thanks for the efforts made by the KTRC Residents Welfare Association.

  3. Hello Mr. Pardha Sarathi,

I have a flat in KTR colony and I have given it on rent. Happy to see a blog which showcases our colony.

I have recently paid the first installment of Rs. 20,000 for the water connection. Can you please let me know how the next steps are followed up and when we can expect the bulk water connection to our colony?

    Regards,
    Jaya Krishna
